Viewing appointment must be booked 24 hours before the viewing day. <br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Auction Ends: </b></span>	From 11.00am Wednesday 6 May – please note the lots close in 30 second intervals and have the auto extension where if a bidder bids in the last 10 minutes that lot will extend back to 10 minutes and start to count down again. <br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Location: </b></span>	Hathersage, Derbyshire<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Lot Information: </b></span> All lots are sold as seen, viewing is recommended, as no condition reports will be given out or refunds. Lot descriptions are provided in good faith. It is the bidders responsibility to make sure they are satisfied with the conditions of the lots prior to bidding. All lots are subject to 20% buyers premium plus VAT.<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Bidding: </b></span>	It is the bidders responsibility to check the bid amounts before confirming, as there will be no retraction of bids. All bids are legally binding.<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Invoices: </b></span>	All invoices will be emailed to your registered email address on Wednesday 6 May.<br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Payment: </b></span>	The only payment method we accept is bank transfer payment and it is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. The details of the bank account will be provided on the invoice and invoice email. <br /> <br /> <span style="color: #b5bd00;"><b>Collection of Lots: </b></span>	All lots must be removed on Tuesday 12 May by appointment only. When collecting please make sure to bring sufficient manpower and tooling for dismantling and removal of lots. Pinder Asset Solutions does not supply a packing or delivery service. If you are using a courier service, please make them aware no lots will be packaged. Lots will only be released on the production of a valid paid collection note. Overseas purchasers will be responsible for their own shipping and export including providing EORI numbers and products codes for shipping requirements, we are unable to provide this service.<br />
